What type of coffee maker is available in the condos?
All our condos are equipped with a Nespresso Essenza machine, compatible with Nespresso Original capsules, as well as a drip coffee maker. A box containing 4 Nespresso capsules is also included upon arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
Do the condos have a view of the St. Lawrence River?
Yes. Our condos offer a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River as well as a private balcony where you can fully enjoy the scenery.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is 100% self-service. On the day of your arrival, you will receive your access code and all the necessary information to enter your condo by email and text message.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, we do not have a restaurant on-site. However, our condos are fully equipped with a complete kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
Is La Pinsonnière far from restaurants and services?
No. We are located approximately 10 minutes from downtown La Malbaie, the Casino de Charlevoix, restaurants, and several other services.
Is there a swimming pool and hot tubs?
Yes. Our guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs, open seasonally, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful Charlevoix surroundings.
Are BBQs available on-site?
Yes. 2 BBQs are available for our guests in the shared outdoor area, seasonally.
Is parking available, and are there EV charging stations?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site. We also have 2 electric vehicle charging stations.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in our condos.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes. Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Do the condos have a washer and dryer?
Some of our two-bedroom condos have a washer and dryer directly in the unit. However, not all condos are equipped with them.
Are shower products provided?
No. We do not provide body wash or shampoo, so we recommend bringing your own personal toiletries.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted in our condos.
Is there a front desk at the hotel?
La Pinsonnière operates as a 100% self-service property with no traditional front desk. All the information you need for your stay will be sent to you before your arrival.
