CONDITIONS OF SALE POLICY

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

  • A 30% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the credit card used to make the reservation 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is required and will be debited at the time of the reservation.
  • Two days prior to arrival, a refundable security deposit of $500 is required and will be reimbursed within 72 hours of the tenant’s departure, subject to compliance with rental rules and conditions. Failure to do so may result in penalties.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your stay, you must do so in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Fifteen (15) days or more before arrival: full refund.
  • Fourteen (14) days or less before arrival: non-refundable.
  • In the event of an early departure, the remaining nights are non-refundable.
  • No refund in case of no-show or partial or total cancellation during the stay.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR STAY AND ACCESS TO YOUR UNIT

  • An email confirming your stay will be sent to you on the day of your reservation.
  • A numeric code will be emailed to you 48 hours before your arrival. All the necessary information will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
  • This code will be valid from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The tenant responsible for the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be present throughout the stay.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the units. A $200 fee will be charged to your credit card if this rule is not respected.
  • To provide a pleasant vacation environment for everyone, we ask you to cease all noise after 11:00 p.m. Noise complaints received against you may result in penalty charges up to and including immediate eviction without refund.
  • A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to your credit card if the unit is left in an unacceptable state of disarray.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited in the units.
  • The guest accepts responsibility for any missing inventory or damage to La Pinsonnière’s property and authorizes the credit card on file to be charged for repair or replacement costs.
